Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Review our terms and conditions below before applying for the program

We are very flexible about accepting new Affiliates. Simply fill out our application form and tell us about yourself, why you want to be a part of our program, and how you plan to promote our template shop.
All Affiliates must be at least 18 years old.
Affiliates will earn a 15% commission on every sale made through their unique referral link. For example, commissions for the Essentials payment tier is around $53, and commissions for the Advanced payment tier is around $79 (depending if customer is making purchase full price, during a sale, or using a discount code).
The tracking cookie for Affiliate referrals will last for 45 days. This means that Affiliates will receive credit for any purchases made within 45 days of the initial referral.
Affiliates will be paid on the first week of every month via PayPal in USD. Payments will be issued for commissions earned in the previous month. The minimum payout threshold is $50. If an Affiliate’s earnings do not reach this amount within a given month, the earnings will be carried over to the next month.
It is the Affiliate's responsibility to ensure that all contact and payment information is accurate and up-to-date.
Affiliates are prohibited from promoting Tryz Studio using the following types of content or activities:
• False, misleading, or deceptive claims about Tryz Studio or our products.
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights.
• Offensive, abusive, or discriminatory content.
• Illegal activities or content promoting illegal activities.
• Any form of cookie stuffing or other fraudulent practices.
• Creating domains with similar spellings to Tryz Studio for the purpose of generating Affiliate commissions.
• Generating commissions through pay-to-click, click exchange, deal/coupon sites, spam, or other incentive-based methods.

When promoting Tryz Studio, Affiliates must adhere to the following guidelines:
• Clearly disclose the Affiliate relationship in any promotions as required by law (e.g., FTC guidelines).
• Ensure that all promotional efforts accurately represent Tryz Studio’s brand and products.
• Avoid any negative or disparaging remarks about competitors.
• Refrain from using paid advertising to promote our products
Commissions earned on refunded purchases will be voided and deducted from the Affiliate’s account or retained from future earnings as necessary.

When an Affiliate purchases from our store using their own email address or the email address of another Affiliate partner in order to receive a commission, no earnings will be calculated. Such purchases will not be eligible for commission, and any attempts to manipulate the program in this manner will result in the termination of the Affiliate account.
Affiliate partners are not permitted to sell Tryz Studio website templates in their own shops or on their own websites. All sales must be made through Tryz Studio's official website, www.tryzstudio.com.
Tryz Studio reserves the right to withhold referral commissions or terminate the Affiliate relationship at any time if any term or condition is violated by the Affiliate.
Both parties to this Agreement reserve the right to terminate this Agreement at any time without notice. In the event of termination of this Agreement, all outstanding commissions due to the Affiliate will be payable, provided the necessary refund period has passed. In the event of a chargeback, the corresponding amount will be invoiced to the Affiliate. All confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements will survive the termination of the Affiliate relationship. If we terminate this Agreement due to a breach by the Affiliate, the Affiliate shall not be entitled to any outstanding commission payments.
Tryz Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this agreement or the Affiliate program. Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tryz Studio and its employees, directors, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from their participation in the Affiliate program, breach of this agreement, or misuse of the provided marketing materials.
Tryz Studio reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email or through the Affiliate dashboard. Continued participation in the program after such modifications will constitute the Affiliate’s agreement to the updated terms and conditions.
