Project Scope

Phase 01: Rebranding

Logo Design for One-Use

  • Primary Logo (1)

  • Secondary Logo (3-4)

  • Typography & Color Palette

Sub-Brand Logos for One-Use Protect, One-Use Connect, and One-Use Diagnostics

  • Primary Logo (1 for each)

  • Secondary Logo (2-3 for each)

  • Slight changes in color palette for each sub-brand

*Logo files delivered in brand colors, black and white, web and print-ready formats

Complete Brand Guidelines

  • This comprehensive style guide is a reference for One-Use’s internal team, vendors, and others who are authorized to work with the One-Use brand

  • The main goal of this guide is to facilitate a coordinated, consistent, and effective brand presence in everything the One-Use brand touches

  • The style guide will include a walkthrough of each logo and its usage, typography, color palette, and visual style.

  • Style guide shared as a PDF document. (Example)

Print Brand Collateral: $1,200

Event Collateral Design

  • To support One-Use’s presence at the April event

  • Branded booth banners and tablecloth

Stationery Design

  • Customized letterhead

  • Business cards (2 employees)

  • Email footers (10-12 employees)

Estimated Duration: 2 weeks • Timeline: February 10 - 23


Branding: $7,000

Digital Brand Collateral: $1,800

Corporate Presentation Templates (Canva)

  • A presentation with One-Use Protect branding

  • A presentation with One-Use Diagnostics branding

  • A corporate general template for tenders and company overviews

Social Media

  • Custom LinkedIn banner

  • Social media templates in Canva (10)

Estimated Duration: 2 weeks • Timeline: February 24 – March 9


Packaging Design: $2,800

Product Packaging Design (7-10 products)

  • Redesigned packaging for all current products to reflect the updated branding (exact SKUs to be confirmed)

  • Additional packaging design for the new line of products under One-Use Protect

  • Core concepts + production-ready files

  • Work directly with the printer to select the proper materials and specifications for the packaging

Total Investment: $12,800
Rushed Timeline: 4-5 months

While exact specifications will be determined later and the deliverables for the website may change and evolve, this stage may include:

  • Custom-designed Squarespace website

  • Custom favicon design

  • Basic SEO implementation

  • Home page + up to 6 interior pages

  • Designed for desktop, mobile, and tablet formats

  • Domain and email setup (if needed)

  • “Coming soon” landing page (optional)

  • Connect to your social media accounts

  • Opt-in pop-up setup

  • Custom 404 Error page design

  • Connect to your Email Marketing Platform (optional)

  • Free Squarespace training

Investment: Starting at $6,000
Timeline: 3-4 months

Next Steps

1. APPROVE PROPOSAL &
SIGN CONTRACT

• Review and approve the proposal
• Sign the project agreement to confirm the project scope and terms

2. MAKE INITIAL DEPOSIT

• Submit the 50% deposit to secure the project timeline
• 25% at the midway milestone (completion of branding materials)
• 25% upon final file delivery

• Set up a kickoff meeting to align on project goals, timelines, and next steps

• Receive login details for the project portal, where key documents, questionnaires, and project updates will be managed
