It provides delicious small-batched baked goods made with nutritious and whole-food ingredients that are not only organic and predominantly locally sourced but also the best available anywhere.

SImply Nourished was created by Michelle Matthews, a Board Certified Integrative Health Practitioner, with specialist credentials in Gut Health and Culinary Nutrition, mom of two, who loves eating well, living actively, and seeking adventure on the road or in the kitchen.
